Also das ist eine tolle Idee, genau so etwas brauche ich. Funktioniert wie beschrieben, ich warte noch auf folgende Verbesserungen: Kurven (EKG, Plethysmographie, ADM etc), Sounds. wenn Ihr das noch einbaut, ist die App. perfekt!!! Dann gibt es 5 Sterne!

Dieses Programm bietet in der Simulation von notfallmedizinischen Szenarien eine neue Möglichkeit. Ein Patientenmonitor mit HF, SpO2, RR, AF kann hier simuliert werden. Die Werte können auf einem Ipad angezeigt werden um aus der Entfernung durch z.B ein andere IPad oder IPhone im selben WLAN-Netzwerk verändert zu werden. Neben der Modulation des QRS-Geräusches bei einer sich ändernden Sauerstoffsättigung können z.B. auch unterschiedlich Herzrhythmen wie VHF oder ST-Hebungsinfarkte eingespielt werden. Allerdings hat diese Version noch einige Fehler: 1.) Kurven können zwar aktiviert, aber leider nicht deaktiviert werden. Sollte also in der Simulation eine Messeung beendet werden, hat man keine Möglichkeit zeitgleich auch eine Wertausgabe zustoppen. Z.B.: einmal EKG = immer EKG! 2.) Mit der Aktivierung von EKG und SpO2 erhält man plötzlich zwei Pulstöne. Einmal durch die Sättigung in der Frequenz moduliert und einen EKG-Ton. Z.T. Leider nicht synchron, daher etwas verwirrend. 3.) Die Messung NIBP zeigt eine Pulskurve. Also entweder ist eine arterielle Druckmessung gemeint oder es ist falsch. Beide Varianten zur Auswahl wären Super. Dabei sollte in der NIBP-Messung eine Anzeige "Messung läuft" erscheinen und erst dann ein Wert. 4.) Das Kammerflimmern sieht nach lockeren Elektroden aus, aber ganz sicher nicht nach einer VF. Alle Rhythmen sollten noch mal einer optischen Korrektur unterzogen werden 5.) Bei Auswahl des Herzrhythmus "VF." habe ich trotzdem weiterhin eine Pulskurve in der SpO2-Messung. Macht leider keinen Sinn. 6.) Mehr auswählbare Rhythmen wären toll. 7.) Das voneinander unabhängige Verändern von Systole und Diastole wäre wünschenswert. 8.) Im Menü lassen sich etCO2-Anzeigen aktivieren, die jedoch leider nie auf dem Bildschirmsichtbar sind. Ansonsten ein super Anfang und auch schon in dieser Version. einsetzbar und seine 8€ Euro wert! Wer zwei "I-Devices" sein Eigen nennt, der kann hier schon eine gute Simulation erzeugen. Aber: Für diesen Preis erwarte ich jetzt aber auch das zeitnah Fehlerkorrekturen und Updates kommen.

Prima intuitiv zu bedienendes Simulationsprogramm. Ich setzte es in der Patientensimulstion ein. Die Verbindung via Bluetooth kostet viel Strom, hier könnte man auch WLAN ökonomischer einsetzen Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle App!!! Einfach und gut zu bedienen!! Schön wäre noch eine Defi Option beispielsweise am rechten Rand (Energiewahl, Laden, Schock) und Alarmtöne mit entsprechenden Grenzen. Wenn diese Möglichkeit noch reinkommen würden gibts 5 Sterne!!

Works great but could use a EKG

The app is easy to use but the main purpose of incorporating the pulmonary artery simulated element is to teach on PADP elevations for left sided issue identification.

Pretty good, but unable to get VT to work in stand alone mode.

I am super happy with this. I paid $1000 for another trainer program and I like this one better. We strap a large iPad onto the monitor. When the students connect the leads to our simulated patient, you can add the data using your iPhone as a remote control. As conditions deteriorate, just dial down the blood pressure or O2 sats using your phone. Makes a tremendous simulated drill and is easy to use. Good work developing this app!

If you have an iPhone as your only option, using as the monitor, the device will not allow defibrillator option

This is a great tool for teaching Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Nice secondary monitor for mega code testing and teaching station.

SVT, NSR, and VT are all the same waveform!! Very limited ability to show different clinical situations.

This is an amazing piece of software, it allowed me to do simulation for my residents without the high fidelity mannequins. I would suggest if you could add the ability to display images of labs, ECGs, x-rays, or CTs. We can provide our own images depending on our scenario. I loved the ease of using my iPhone as a Bluetooth remote!

I would highly recommend this for any clinical educator. What a great teaching aid for Mock codes or ACLS and PALS. Very easy to use and very receptive from students. Can't wait to see what the updates bring, this app can only get better. Their customer service is outstanding as well!!! Keep up the great work!!! Basic but works easily. No sound though. Would be a really useful app if it had pulse tone that altered with heart rate & pulse oximetry reading. A few extra features beyond this (waveform trace, BP cuff noise, ECG trace, cycling BP numbers during measurement, etc. would enable you to run relatively high fidelity simulations with a patient actor or a very basic mannequin.
